Company Status
All services are provided by a division of Edward Goffaux LLC.
Property & Boundary Line Policy
The client is responsible for identifying and confirming all property lines before work begins. Edward Goffaux LLC is not responsible for boundary disputes or damage to unmarked private underground items, including but not limited to sprinkler systems, invisible pet fences, landscape lighting, or irrigation components.
Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties prior to the start of work.
Refund Policy
Payments made for completed services are non-refundable.
Client Signature Policy
A client signature is required upon completion of the project to acknowledge that the work has been completed and that the invoice or receipt has been received.
If the client is unavailable or unable to sign in person, Edward Goffaux LLC may obtain acknowledgment through a digital signature or another mutually agreed-upon electronic method.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of the scheduled appointment, at the company’s discretion.
Scheduling Appointments
To help ensure availability, clients are encouraged to schedule appointments one to two weeks in advance. While every effort will be made to accommodate requests, appointment availability cannot be guaranteed.
Weather Delays
Some services, particularly outdoor projects such as landscaping, fencing, and photography, are weather dependent. If weather or other unsafe conditions prevent scheduled work from being completed, Edward Goffaux LLC will contact the client to reschedule the service for the next mutually available business day or another agreed-upon date.
Satisfaction Concerns
Clients should notify a team member of any concerns regarding workmanship or service before the team leaves the job site whenever possible. If concerns are discovered afterward, clients should contact Edward Goffaux LLC as soon as reasonably possible by phone, text message, email, or another written method so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.
Liability Limitations
Edward Goffaux LLC is not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, utility outages, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
The company is not liable for damage resulting from inaccurate property line information, undisclosed hazards, or unmarked private underground utilities or structures provided by the client.
Except where prohibited by law, Edward Goffaux LLC’s liability for any claim arising from its services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Warranty
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Edward Goffaux LLC does not provide an express warranty on services performed. Any concerns regarding completed work should be reported promptly so they may be reviewed.
Right to Refuse Service
Edward Goffaux LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion in situations involving unsafe working conditions, abusive or threatening behavior, illegal activity, or conditions that prevent the safe or proper completion of the requested work.
Media Release
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, the client grants Edward Goffaux LLC permission to use photographs or video of completed work for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes. No personally identifying information will be shared without the client’s consent.
